Rainy Lake Medical Center was formed by the integration of Duluth Clinic-International Falls and Falls Memorial Hospital July 1, 2009.

Rainy Lake Medical Center is a not-for-profit community healthcare organization located in International Falls, Minnesota. Rainy Lake Medical Center has a clinic and hospital campus and provides 24/7 emergency care; inpatient, outpatient, rehabilitation, obstetric and surgical services; and after-hours Convenience Care with no appointment necessary.
