Summary:

In this role, you will provide pharmacy analytics and informatics support to providers and internal teams, coordinating efforts on analytic programs and resources. You will serve as a clinical resource for various analytic and informatics tools available to the team and providers and as a mentor for student interns. You will interface with providers, the comprehensive Pharmacy Solutions team, internal analytics and informatics teams, and various subject matter experts throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

* Provide pharmaceutical support for providers and internal team.

* Coordinate the development and support of pharmacy programs and tools to drive cost-effective clinical utilization.

* Support providers with data intake, transformation, quality, and validation.

* Participate actively in the conceptualization of projects and conduct original research analysis with minimal guidance from senior staff.

* Facilitate staff and provider experience and participation through correspondence, conference calls, and meetings.

* Establish detailed work plans and timelines to ensure timely completion of work.

* Contribute to the organization through effective application of knowledge.

* Collaborate on projects undertaken and managed by colleagues in other disciplines.

Qualifications:

* PharmD degree required.

* Completion of PGY1 pharmacy residency before program start date of July 1, 2024 is required.

* Experience with analytics and informatics required.

* Experience with SQL and Excel preferred.

* Informatics or Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership preferred.

* Understanding of the pharmaceutical supply chain processes preferred.

* Must have excellent communication skills.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$59,600.00 - $86,450.00
