Job Description
It is the responsibility of the Front Desk/Office Admin to manage the front desk and office admin duties effectively and efficiently, while maintaining a friendly, helpful, patient, and professional demeaner.
 
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet, welcome, announce, direct, assist visitors upon arrival.
  • Answer/Transfer calls to appropriate person.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail (USPS, UPS, FedEx) & deliveries (bid bonds, waivers) in a timely manner; process UPS shipments.
  • Order office supplies (Runco, Aramark, etc.).
  •  Maintain office equipment & organize repairs as needed (copiers/printers, paper towel dispensers, etc.).
  •  Book meeting rooms.
  • Restock snack/coffee items daily, as necessary, and ensure area is neat, tidy, clean.
  • Enter employee data for IDOL weekly reporting and submit logs monthly for 40+ IHC jobs.
  • Complete the EEO weekly report based on PR Dept.’s EEO report.
  • Submit and print payrolls for ECP credit applicants who have been approved.
  • Assist with AP duties- collect/print/scan/process incoming invoices and collect back-up/matching tickets.
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Preferred Education / Experience:
  • Some college
  • Experience in similar role
