About the position

As the Revenue Enablement Manager, Product and Platforms, you will play a pivotal role on the Enablement team as the owner of our internal instance of Showpad and by overseeing our product enablement strategy. Your responsibilities as the internal owner of Showpad will encompass; shaping the user experience, crafting learning experiences, and overseeing the content strategy. Your responsibilities as the product enablement owner will be to drive effective enablement of all product releases, as well as the enablement of any net new product we launch to the market in pursuit of achieving our product revenue targets.

This role will report directly into the VP of Global Revenue Enablement and work closely with Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimise our internal instance of Showpad which includes but is not limited to: managing the overall platform appearance (look and feel), user provisioning, designing best in class learning experiences, build interactive e-learning content, train other Showpad admins and ensure we consistently live up to the guidelines outlined in our content strategy and be accountable for our governance model
  • Preach the benefits and best practises of Showpad internally to our end users, and externally for any customer facing advising engagements
  • Design and drive adherence to the roles and responsibilities for content contributors, administrators and other power users of the Showpad platform
  • Using our product improvement process, work closely with Product and Solutions Engineering teams to provide codified product feedback based on your experience as Showpad admin and internal mobilizer (otherwise known as "customer zero")
  • Act as a vetting mechanism, along with Enablement leadership, when deciding what content, courses and other learning experiences need to go into our platform
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the enablement team, and other parties, advising on best practices for launching enablement programs using Showpad
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure customer-facing collateral is effectively housed in Showpad and is surfaced in CRM
  • Work with Operations to design dashboards showcasing Showpad ROI and access enablement analytics.
  • Educate revenue leaders and executives on actionable insights derived from enablement data and our Showpad ROI framework
  • As needed, build enablement on other tools in the tech stack and house in Showpad
  • Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing teams to orchestrate our existing release and product enablement process
  • Work with Enablement leadership and other core stakeholders to design the go-forward product enablement strategy and process for all net new products we are bringing to market
  • Design the process for how our existing GTM folks and new hires alike can get enabled on Showpad's solution set with effective e-learning principles that feature a blended learning model via synchronous and self serve/ asynchronous (housed in Showpad) elements

You will be a good fit for this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in enablement, with 3+ years focused on product enablement and/or tech stack enablement.
  • Comfortable presenting in front of a Sr leadership and executive audience
  • Team player that has a passion for the future of the Enablement profession
  • Creative thinker who finds out of the box solutions to complex problems
  • Has the technical skill set needed to effectively enable on tech stack, with Showpad as the focus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and problem-solve effectively.
  • Proven track record of building and optimising processes.
  • Comfortable stepping into a role where not everything is figured out. Is excited by the opportunity to build and innovate
  • Experience in a customer facing role for any period of time considered an asset
  • Experience with Showpad or similar Enablement software strongly preferred.
