MARKET BANKING DIRECTOR

You as a Banking Director will:

Achieves Wealth Management sales and service goals for assigned markets through understanding and forming relationships with key members of the client base, motivating multiple client management teams, supporting market coverage strategy, and managing overall resources to execute organizational strategies to maximize returns on all the portfolios managed. Supports Wealth Management teams’ involvement/participation in the credit/underwriting process. Supports partnership with Credit to minimize losses through endorsing timely responses/actions to portfolio exception reports (past dues, expired credits, loan exceptions, watch list).

The Successful Candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required.
  
• Prefer a master’s degree or advanced certification in a discipline directly related to the position.
  
• Must have ten or more years of sales and/or sales management experience in Wealth Management with an emphasis in private banking or Commercial Lending.
  
• Should understand credit guidelines regarding acceptable risk to minimize losses.
